Bravo AV provides white-glove installation services to ensure your home theater and smart systems are set up for optimal performance.

Scope of Services

  • In-home installations include equipment setup, calibration, and basic operational training.

  • Additional customizations are available upon request.

 

Service Area

Our installation services are available within [Insert Region]. For locations outside this area, additional travel fees may apply.

Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a fee.

Loaner Program Policy

Bravo AV offers a loaner program to let you experience select premium products, including Kaleidescape systems, before purchasing.

​

Eligibility

  • Loaner equipment is available to customers within a 30-mile radius of our Bernardsville showroom.

  • A refundable deposit is required prior to loaning the equipment.

​

Terms & Conditions

  • Loaned equipment must be returned in its original condition within the agreed-upon period.

  • Damage to loaned equipment will result in deductions from the deposit.
